Job Description: Integration & QA Consultant (Service. Now | Azure Integrations) Job Title: Integration & QA Consultant Experience: 5+ Years Location: Any UST Location Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Integration & QA Consultant to drive the design, configuration, validation, and production readiness of integrations between Service.

Now and Microsoft Azure-based services . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Service. Now integrations, API/event-driven architectures, integration testing, and production deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Service. Now-side Azure API and Event integrations . Design and implement API/event mapping, transformation, and correlation logic between systems. Configure and maintain SharePoint references, integration logging, and monitoring mechanisms . Develop and execute integration test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.

Lead end-to-end integration testing , defect tracking, and issue resolution. Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and coordinate with business stakeholders. Validate data flows, event processing, and system interoperability across platforms. Support deployment activities including release validation and production readiness assessments.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create deployment/support documentation. Provide post-production Hypercare support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.

Now and Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes. Experience with production support and hypercare activities. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Key Deliverables Successfully configured Service. Now-Azure integrations.

End-to-end validated integration workflows. UAT sign-off and production readiness certification. Deployment support documentation and knowledge transfer materials. Stable production implementation with successful hypercare support.
