Schedule: Full Time Weekdays. Salaried Exempt. 8:30am-5pm Location: Patient Access – Admissions. How you’ll contribute A Supervisor who excels in this role: Supervises daily staff activities for the Patient Access Team.

Organizes and coordinates daily staffing assignments. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assures high level of quality customer service.

• Applicants should have a High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s Degree is preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education. Previous supervisory experience in healthcare field is preferred. Must possess the ability to lead and direct others. Working knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Office). Must possess knowledge of registration processes, insurance, scheduling, and/or hospital billing.
