What You'll Do

Process and manage supplier invoices Match invoices to purchase orders Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Communicate with vendors and internal teams Reconcile accounts and generate reports Help improve processes and efficiency What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry Understanding of invoicing and payment processes Team-oriented mindset Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Shift, Pay & Benefits 1st Shift Starting Wage: $22-$24 per hour Benefits Available: Vacation, health insurance, 401(k), and additional company benefits
