Accounting Associate 1

The Plant Admin Associate provides support in a variety of areas within the Accounting Department. Duties include but not limited to daily matching, coding and processing of all plant purchases/receipts/invoices for approval and submission to A/P as well as entering the purchases of certain inventory items. This role helps process bulk cheese sales and helps reconcile all sales at month end.

The incumbent also assists in monthly inventory reconciliation of cleaning chemicals, other ad hoc reports/analyses and ordering all supplies for the Admin Building.
