Customer Service Representative

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities

Answering inbound customer service requests via phone Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries Escalating calls needing more attention Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone Reliable, hardworking, and motivated This is an onsite role.

Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
