Assistant Manager - 135 Settlers Center Rd

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act like an owner Ensure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete assigned tasks Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures Maintain inventory and manage labor Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times BENEFITS:

• Paid time off JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation Basic personal computer literacy Basic business math and accounting skills Strong analytical/decision-making skills Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift ***This list of job duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive
