Job description
Company Overview We are partnering with a luxury residential integration firm based in Scottsdale, AZ. For over 20 years, this team has delivered white-glove service and cutting-edge technology to discerning clients throughout the region. Known for treating every project like a work of art, this company values detail, integrity, and excellence in everything they do, from installation to client education and ongoing support.
Why Join Us? Own a Role That Protects the Business — This position sits at the center of project readiness, cash flow, and margin. You'll have real ownership over the systems that keep jobs moving on schedule. Working-Manager Autonomy — This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll build and run the inventory processes yourself rather than executing someone else's playbook.
Clear, Achievable Rewards — A quarterly performance bonus rewards inventory accuracy, on-time job staging, and fast issue resolution, on top of a competitive base salary. Team-First Culture — Join a collaborative, no-ego environment where leadership works alongside the team and everyone contributes to the company's success.
Growth-Oriented Environment — This company is actively investing in systems, processes, KPIs, and team development, and this role is central to that next phase of growth. Job Overview We are seeking an Inventory Manager to own inventory control, purchasing coordination, receiving, job staging, warehouse organization, and showroom product accountability.
This is a working-manager role: you'll be on the floor doing the work while also establishing the repeatable systems that keep it running smoothly. The right person for this role protects project schedules, cash flow, and gross margin by reducing shortages, excess stock, loss, damage, and ordering errors. You'll report exceptions early and coordinate directly with sales, project management, accounting, vendors, and field teams to keep every job staged and ready ahead of time.
