ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate and motivated RBT** to join our growing clinical team. If you enjoy helping children with autism and developmental disabilities and want to grow your career in ABA, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Implement individualized treatment plans.

Collect session data and complete documentation.

Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.

Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.

Qualifications

Current RBT certification**.

6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
