Job description
BIG Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Architectural Project Manager / Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to join our studio in Santa Monica and help support our Senior Project Manager and leadership team on new and ongoing projects. As a Junior Project Manager at BIG, you will help ‘keep the ball moving’ by overseeing a project’s health and progress, draft fee proposals, coordinate consultants, clients, and internal architectural teams in a supporting role.
Support the Senior Project Manager Help maintain communication with clients and consultants Communicate and coordinate with internal team members in drafting fee proposals, NDAs, meeting agendas, summaries, administrative tasks and other resources. Support with research Help monitor project budget, staffing, and scheduling Communicate and coordinate with external and internal team members Experience working with a project team and consultants in schematic design through construction administration Familiarity with Los Angeles legislation and building code Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or another adjacent field Architectural licensure in California is a huge plus Minimum 3 years of post-bachelor's degree experience Experience in design and project delivery is a huge plus Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods in California Experience interacting with clients and organizing projects Exceptional level of attention to detail and a mastery of organizational and time management skills Report directly to Sr.

range for this role is $75,000-100,000 USD, based on relevant skills and professional work experience.
