Be the spark that ignites the potential in people! This role provides operational leadership to the Northside Community Centre YMCA and direct supervision of the Adult Fitness and Child & Youth operations to ensure high quality fitness and Child/Youth programs to participants. The coordinator will collaborate with department supervisor/manager to coach, develop and support assigned operations.
