Role Overview As the Manager of Accounting, you serve as both a client relationship lead and a people leader. You’ll oversee all accounting delivery for assigned clients, manage a team of Senior and Staff Accountants, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as the trusted accounting advisor helping clients make stronger financial and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Senior Accountants and Staff Accountants through monthly, quarterly, and annual close Ensure compliance with GAAP and consistent adherence to internal accounting policies Review and oversee all financial reporting and deliverables Partner cross-functionally on cleanup work, process improvement initiatives, and implementations Leverage technology to improve internal workflows and elevate client operational efficiency Coach, mentor, and develop junior accounting team members What You Bring CPA required 7+ years full-cycle accounting experience 2+ years leadership / team mentoring experience Direct Construction, HVAC, and/or Home Services accounting experience (required) Experience with: Gusto, Karbon, Bill.

Salary $20,000 - $32,000 per year
