Obstetrics Technician - Labor and Delivery

Obstetrical Surgical Technician at Providence Little Company Of Mary in Torrance, CA. This position is Per Diem Night . The Obstetrical Surgical Technician is a non-licensed health care employee or Licensed Vocational Nurse with additional surgical training, who performs delegated and routine patient care and tasks and duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

The Obstetrical Surgical Technician provides care to all patients in the following age groups: Premature, Infant, Adolescent, Young Adult and Middle Adult, by assisting the surgical team during complex operative procedures. Preferred Qualifications
