Quality and Compliance Supervisor (Dallas)

The Quality and Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all processes, regulations, and minimum standards as outlined in the Provider contract. This position will collaborate with Network Providers under contract with Texas Family Care Network to review, monitor, and report performance on all aspects of substitute care.

The Quality and Compliance Supervisor will identify, assess, and make recommendations that will manage and mitigate the TFCN Network Providers’ risk using the Joint Monitoring process, Provider Manual, accrediting and standard setting bodies such as Council on Accreditation and state licensing and contracts.
