HR - Retail Operations L&D Specialist

This role leads the development, rollout, and execution review of H Mart's store operating standards—with a primary focus on Department Leader and Store Manager SOPs, building upon our existing Visual SOPs. It also supports the broader L&D portfolio, encompassing onboarding, leadership development, learning content, and learning operations.

This position serves as a central pillar in building the next-generation store leadership pipeline.
