Depending on the location, you’ll work on a mix of: Measuring, cutting, installing and replacing glass to specification On‑site glazing for residential and commercial joinery Installing and replacing shower screens and security screens Working with aluminium frames and glazing systems Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and safety requirements Delivering professional, customer‑focused service on every job Each branch offers a supportive team environment, structured onboarding, and access to the tools, equipment and training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Bring NZ Certificate in Glazing Level 4 (or equivalent) Experience as a Commercial or All‑Rounder Glazier (preferred) Strong understanding of safe work practices Current and valid driver’s licence Reliable, punctual and professional attitude High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Adaptability and confidence in a fast‑paced environment Highly Regarded Knowledge of AS1288 and local glazing regulations Experience with screen systems and aluminium glazing What’s on Offer Base salary of $80k , with potential to earn up to $100k through overtime and allowances Company vehicle, phone, tablet, uniform and fuel card Ongoing technical training and AS1288 updates Clear development pathways and career progression Stability with a well‑established, industry‑leading brand Employee discounts across O’Brien® services and partner brands Ready to Start Your Australian Glazing Career?
