Under the guidance and supervision of the nurse, the supervisor shares the responsibility for total patient needs.# As a member of the nursing team, he/she#performs a variety of technical and skilled patient care duties, many of which were#acquired through nursing education and supervised on-the-job training and experiences.

The Registered Nurse shares the responsibility of providing a safe and#comfortable environment conducive to healing while delivering quality care.#Assist a physician or nurse practitioner as needed to provide all care.

Education

Associates Degree Bachelors Degree preferred Basic Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course or successful completion of validation exam within 1 year of employment Basic Critical Care Course or successful completion of validation exams within 2 years of employment License, Certificates, etc. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia BLS Non-violent Crisis Training within 6 months of employment ACLS within 6 months of employment Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Preferred At least one year experience #
