• Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Deal Operations Coordinator to support contract execution, contract data management, deal implementation, and partner onboarding. Deal Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: Work with Legal, Content Acquisition & Development, and Content Operations teams to facilitate contract execution and support deal implementation, entering terms in the contract database and updating internal trackers. Identify downstream impacts of new contracts and contract changes at the deal, title, and payment level across systems and teams, follow established processes and escalation paths, and identify process improvement opportunities. Partner with Finance to onboard new partners to financial and tax systems, request upfront and milestone payments, update trackers, and support monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure changes are implemented consistently and correctly. Conduct ad hoc research and analysis, respond to inquiries and trouble tickets, and provide reporting to support departmental operational activities. Provide general operational support to the deal, production, and localization operations team, and participate in data clean-up projects to ensure the completeness and accuracy of contract data. Deal Operations Coordinator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in entertainment, digital media, or publishing, and/or with contracts or IP licensing, is preferred. Working knowledge of database concepts and best practices is preferred. Experience with SQL queries is preferred. #PP
