Claims Processing Specialist, Start Health

The Claims Processing Specialist and Provider Coordination role plays a key part in supporting Start Health’s claims operations and provider engagement efforts. This position focuses on ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while also serving as a primary point of contact for medical providers when additional documentation, clarification, or coordination is required.

In addition to supporting the end-to-end claims process, this role contributes to strengthening Start Health’s provider network by building relationships with high-value providers and helping align them with our reimbursement model and documentation standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-through, and comfort communicating with medical offices.

This position reports to the Claims Processing Manager and is designed to scale with the company as Start Health continues to grow.
