We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team and take ownership of a high-potential territory serving hospitality and foodservice operators throughout the Alpena Michigan market .

What You'll Do

As a Foodservice Sales Consultant, you will serve as a trusted business partner to your customers while driving profitable growth throughout your territory.

Your responsibilities

Growing and managing an established customer portfolio while aggressively prospecting for new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, purchasing directors, chefs, foodservice managers, and hospitality decision-makers. Increasing sales and market share through product penetration, menu solutions, and consultative selling.

Conducting regular face-to-face customer meetings to understand business challenges and recommend solutions. Leveraging company resources, culinary specialists, vendor partners, and brokers to deliver value-added support. Presenting new products, conducting tastings, and identifying opportunities to improve customer profitability.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proven foodservice sales professional who knows how to win business in a competitive market. Ideal candidates will have: Demonstrated success in foodservice sales, hospitality sales, or a related industry. Experience selling to restaurant owners, executive chefs, purchasing directors, and multi-unit operators.

A strong hunter mentality with a track record of prospecting and closing new business. The ability to sell against established competition while maintaining value-based pricing. Experience earning and succeeding in a commission-driven sales environment. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent time management, organization, and territory planning abilities. A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.

Compensation

& Benefits Starting Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000+ annually, based on experience.
