Job Description Job Title: Principal Solutions Engineer Locations: Kansas City, MO About the Role The Solutions Architect serves as a strategic technology and business partner within the Sales. Connect organization, responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance associate productivity, elevate service levels, and drive superior client outcomes.

This role leverages emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), WorkHQ, Blue Prism, workflow automation platforms, and other digital enablement tools to transform business processes and optimize the sales and service experience. The successful candidate combines strong business acumen with technical expertise to evaluate opportunities, architect scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver measurable business value. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments. How You Will Make an Impact Partner with business leaders to assess operational challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state processes focused on efficiency, quality, and scalability. Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales. Connect leadership on technology and process innovation opportunities. Establish best practices for automation development, AI utilization, and solution lifecycle management.

Manage solution implementation plans, risks, dependencies, and success metrics. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, business process optimization, automation, or technology consulting.

Experience implementing workflow, RPA, AI, or digital productivity solutions in a business environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quantify business impact. Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions. Experience documenting business requirements, process maps, and solution designs.

What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications) Experience with Blue Prism, WorkHQ, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar automation technologies. Knowledge of generative AI technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflow design. Experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or sales enablement environments.

Certifications in enterprise architecture, automation platforms, AI technologies, Agile, or project management. Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
