Supply Chain Assistant cum Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans by reviewing sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure demand is aligned with available resources
• Plan and monitor material requirements , maintaining optimal inventory levels and coordinating purchase requests to support uninterrupted production
• Prepare and control production schedules , including master and daily manufacturing plans, to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow
• Optimize production sequencing and resource utilization to minimize machine setup times, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams , including Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Production, to resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and production bottlenecks Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Good command of English , with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
