Overview

Imaging Schedule: Part-time, Nights Facility: Prime Healthcare- Saint Joseph Medical Center Location: 333 Madison St, Joliet IL Responsibilities The Department Secretary is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care and assists with departmental organizational activities with the leaders of the department. Assists in the coordination of department activities by effectively performing clerical, receptionist, scheduling and communication duties.

Assists in maintaining a safe and organized environment of the department(s).

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for all new hires, effective April 2014.
2. Medical terminology preferred.
