Field Service Engineer for Chinese customers

Make an impact Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers Handle warranty and out-of-warranty robot service cases Conduct on-site safety risk assessments Communicate with customers and resolve technical issues Provide technical guidance and training to customers Assist manufacturing and quality teams with on-site problem solving What you need to succeed Chinese knowledge, either native speaker or C1 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of robot/automation work experience KUKA robotics experience preferred Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing)
