Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 2000, building a strong foundation in the industry before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of California University, married with one daughter, and enjoy competitive bass fishing, hiking, hunting, working out, and spending time outdoors.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. Our agency proudly supports veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people with disabilities. As the son of a Vietnam veteran, supporting those who have served our country is especially meaningful to me. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
