Pre-Op/PACU Supervisor

ASC CLINICAL PRE-OP & PACU SUPERVISOR:  The Pre-op/PACU Supervisor is responsible for the daily clinical and operational management of the Preoperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) departments. This position ensures safe, efficient, patient-centered care throughout the perioperative experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

The supervisor provides leadership, staff development, scheduling, quality improvement, and oversight of clinical practice to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and efficient patient flow.
