Job Description: We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for our FC/Warehouse in Sonipat, Haryana. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone. This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC, you must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts. Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency. Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.

Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live. Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP. 6–10 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to independently manage teams and stakeholders.
