Manage the day-to-day operations of the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel store. Prep, bake, and serve pretzels alongside other menu products. Take the lead in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring adequate staff to meet operational needs. Assist, guide, and evaluate employees on the performance of their duties. Sign off on all training assessments and lead necessary disciplinary actions or terminations.

Review weekly sales and labor reports to project data and build compliant weekly schedules. Partner with the Regional Manager to set and track daily sales and labor goals. Enforce cash handling and management policies across all store personnel. Manage store inventory and order resources as needed. Maintain clean equipment and foster a positive, motivated team environment.

Conduct regular staff meetings for both the management team and the entire crew. Maintain strong working relationships with Mall Managers and Marketing Specialists. Ensure all personnel strictly comply with all Chestnut Land Company policies and the "Promise Code of Conduct." Qualifications: Certification: Must be Serv.
