Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, or welding on metal components in a production fab shop environment Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and related fab shop machinery Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications Grind, clean, and finish welded assemblies as required for production standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety protocols Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals Requirements: Proven experience as a production welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG or stick welding experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings Familiarity with metal fabrication tools including grinders, plasma cutters, and press brakes Strong attention to detail with a commitment to weld quality and consistency Ability to stand, lift, and work in a physically demanding shop environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented attitude Hours: 50-55+ hours weekly Pay: $18/hr + (DOE)
