Recovery Associate

As a Recovery Associate, you'll serve as a subject matter expert within our Retention & Collections Organization responsible for retaining customers and collecting any outstanding balance. Duties & Responsibilities: -Answer inbound calls and text messages assisting customers to remain in compliance -Contact customers via outbound calls, text messages and/or email to assist with retention and collection efforts -Follow up on all promise to pays, payment plans and settlements in a timely manner -Plan, organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines -Adhere to department guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met -Special Projects and all other duties as directed by management Job Requirements: -Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills -2+ years expe
