Entry Level Automotive Accounting Clerk

Join our team at Greenacres Nissan as an Entry Level Automotive Accounting Clerk. This position offers a great opportunity to start your career in automotive accounting by supporting the finance department with accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth financial operation of our dealership located in Greenacres, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting a plus.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles or willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prior experience in automotive industry or accounting clerical work is a plus but not required.
