Plant Controller

The Plant Controller works with the Sr. Director of Operations and his/her direct reports to drive expected performance of the facility. The Controller should have excellent analytical skills, in depth understanding of standard costing and good interpersonal skills. The Controller will lead the Plant annual budgeting & monthly forecasting processes in addition to closing the Plants monthly accounting records on a timely basis.
