Summary A Doorman delivers guest luggage from the lobby or parking garage to bell station and/or from bell station to parking garage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Transfer trunks, packages and other baggage to room or loading area

• Arrange for outgoing freight, express or mail shipments, compute charges, tag article and record information such as addressee, addressor carrier and charges on specified forms

• Supply guests with information on hotel services and amenities
