Compensation

$50 per visit + one-time bonus of $50 after the first maintenance visit. Monthly bonus of $50 if all kayaks are active at the end of the month. Occasionally respond to urgent maintenance needs (if reported). Basic maintenance tasks like checking locks, cleaning stations, tightening bolts, and replacing signage. Use your smartphone to check tickets and update statuses. Pay Structure $50 (per regular monthly visit approx. 1-2 hrs) $20 per emergency visit (as directed by the operations) This is a supplemental-income role — ideal for someone who enjoys simple, independent work on their own schedule.
