This role plays a critical part in fostering a safe, vibrant, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia and other cognitive challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee a robust monthly life enrichment calendar based on resident preferences and needs Lead, coach, and train team members on Magnolia Trails standards and best practices Promote resident safety by ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and community policies Build strong relationships with residents and families through ongoing communication, education, and support Collaborate with community leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences Assist with memory care tours and family consultations for prospective residents Monitor and enhance engagement programs that promote dignity, purpose, and quality of life Qualifications Experience in senior living, memory care, dementia care, healthcare, or a related field preferred Leadership experience managing or supervising team members preferred CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) College coursework required; Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Passion for serving seniors and supporting those living with memory loss Ready to Make a Difference?
