• Travel involved 🚗 Must have a full NSW Drivers Licence and Full Comprehensive Insurance 🧡 Personal care is required and you must be confident providing it 🦽 In home and community access program support Make a real impact As an Individual Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you will help customers build independence at home and in their community. If you are caring, reliable and motivated to support others, we would love to hear from you. What you will be doing 🫶 🌘 Shift/s on offer
• Monday 9am to 6pm & every 2nd Saturday 9am to 6pm fortnightly
• Offering support in the home and the community
• Supporting our participant with mental health needs
• Providing personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing
• Assisting with community participation and recreation programs
• Following individual support plans
• Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports

• Confident working with a participant who may display behaviours of concern including distress, agitation, or physical escalation
• Strong computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting, and communication
• Current NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation Module certificates
• Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate
• WWCC
