Standard Job Description We are looking for an individual with strong Linux expertise to focus on coding, scripting, and automation that integrates security into the software development lifecycle. This role will design, build, and maintain secure Linux‑based workflows, scripts, and tooling that enable rapid, compliant delivery of applications and services.

The position bridges development and security, ensuring that code, configurations, and deployments adhere to organizational policies and industry standards.

Basic Qualifications

Understanding of Dev. Sec. Ops principles, practices, and tools. Experience with Linux (RHEL/Rocky) and Windows Server. Experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment. Experience with Kubernetes Infrastructure (Vanilla, Open. Shift, TKG) Understanding of System Scripting (bash, Python, Power. Shell, batch, etc.)

Growth Mindset, with an interest in emerging technologies Strong written and verbal communications Understanding of containerization tools like Docker. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills Basic skills with version control tools such as Git Strong documentation skills. Ability to Obtain and Maintain a DoD security clearance.

Must be a US Citizen. Desired Skills Understanding of Test automation and how to implement in a pipeline approach. Experience with infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible Basic network understanding and diagnostics. Proficiency in using container orchestration tools (Kubernetes and Docker Compose).

Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Experience with Docker and/or Containerization. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
