Manager Engineering

The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for engineering activities supporting FET's Stimulation product line. This position oversees new product development, sustaining engineering, product improvement, and engineering execution while ensuring effective engineering processes, procedures, and controls that support product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical expertise, demonstrated engineering leadership, and the ability to develop and lead a high-performing engineering team. The Engineering Manager will promote a customer-focused culture emphasizing innovation, reliability, quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
