Backed by Lithia & Driveway with 300+ dealerships nationwide A high-performance culture that rewards execution and accountability Real opportunity to earn at the top of the pay scale Strong leadership, modern facility, and a professional, results-driven environment Career growth across 30+ brands in 25 states What You'll Do: Inspect vehicles to identify and perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality Document completed services and recommendations clearly Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed What You'll Bring: 1-2 years of automotive repair experience Recent technical school graduates Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $16.
