Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. This position involves organizing the renovation of building lobbies and amenities as well as roof decks and facades in our residential and hotel portfolio. You will be responsible for supervising construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the desired result. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.
