Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our growing team. HCAs provide essential non-medical support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, light household tasks, companionship, and personal care under the supervision of a nurse or care manager.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment Offer companionship, social engagement, and emotional support Support clients in maintaining independence while promoting safety and well-being Monitor and report any changes in condition or concerns to the supervising nurse/manager Document care activities according to agency policy and regulatory standards ✅ Qualifications Active Washington State HCA certification (or CNA credential with DOH) Current CPR/First Aid certification TB clearance per WA DOH standards Able to pass a fingerprint-based background check Compassionate, dependable, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transporting clients) Prior experience in caregiving or home care preferred but not required — we provide training!
