Why You’ll Love This Job As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI model development, working on LLMs, multimodal AI, and deep learning architectures.

You will collaborate with top-tier engineers and researchers to build state-of-the-art AI applications, making a real impact in healthcare, finance, and enterprise AI. What You’ll Do Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications. Implement multimodal AI architectures combining text, vision, and audio models.

Optimize AI models for low-latency inference and deployment on cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world products. Research and apply SOTA AI techniques in transformers, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models. Contribute to open-source AI projects and research papers. What You’ll Need Bachelor's or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers. Expertise in LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques. Experience in MLOps, model compression, and AI deployment. Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, and AI-driven automation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multimodal AI (text + vision models). Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (GANs, VAEs, Transformers, RNNs).
