Your Role

Deliver High-Quality Care : Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans. Coordinate and Communicate : Collaborate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure optimal outcomes. Monitor Resident Wellbeing : Assess and document changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.

Administer Medications and Treatments : Safely and efficiently manage medications and medical interventions. Promote a Safe Environment : Uphold infection control and safety procedures in accordance with regulatory standards. Lead with Compassion : Support and guide CNA staff while fostering a positive and professional team dynamic.

Requirements
