Position Overview

We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents while supporting them to live at their highest possible level of independence and function . Pay & Incentives Hourly Wage: $20.36–$24.81 (DOE) Evening & weekend shift differentials Sign-On Incentive: $6,000 for Full-Time $3,000 for Part-Time (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates) Shifts & Scheduling 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Includes every-other weekend and holiday rotation Benefits That Support Your Life Full benefits are available to Full-Time and Part-Time permanent staff working 20+ hours per week , including: Competitive wages Shift differentials Paid time off & sick leave Health, dental & vision insurance Life & short-term disability insurance Supplemental insurance options Reduced employee meals On-site childcare Discounted rent at Westview Apartments Grow Your Career With Us We believe in investing in our team!
