Analyst IT HRIS

Task Responsibilities: Provide level 1 and 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, handling incidents, and service requests Monitor the system and report or resolve basic issues in a timely manner Support integrations by checking data flows and helping to troubleshoot errors Assist in Oracle releases (testing, validation, and basic analysis of changes) Support change requests by helping with configuration, testing, and documentation Work with HR and IT teams to understand issues and support improvements Help maintain data quality and ensure system accuracy Create and update basic documentation and user guides Support users by answering questions and providing guidance Participate in testing activities and support ongoing system improvements Essential Requirements For The Position: Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.

Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, with an understanding of programming logic Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Be a team player but also capable of working independently when required. A previous experience with Oracle HCM is an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage Working Conditions: Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement) A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection Position based in Luxembourg Contract duration:24 months
