Policy Administrator

Policy Administrator Department: Compliance Employment Status: Full Time Hourly, Non-Exempt – Benefits Location: Lodi (1) Supervises Others: No Salary: $24.50 - $28.18 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications) Job Description F&M Bank of Central California is currently seeking an experienced Policy Administrator .

The individual in this position is responsible for coordinating updates to the Corporate Policies and Procedure Manuals (PPMs), Loan Policy Manuals (LPMs), and some Information Security Policy and Procedures (ISP&Ps) for the Bank. This position plays a key role for the Bank by working with the policy owners and providing editorial support along with disseminating information regarding policies, procedures, programs and services.

This individual must demonstrate strong organizational and written communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple work assignments concurrently in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in one of the following areas: financial services, deposit generation, lending, or working with policies and procedures. The ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in a professional and effective manner with bank personnel of all levels. Able to establish an effective working relationship with the Bank’s business area leaders.

Must have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, be detailed oriented, prioritize workflows, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately. Must have strong organizational skills. Must have an above average skill set with Word, Excel and Adobe Professional. Minimum of Associates of Arts Degree (AA) in business or related experience.

Duties: Maintain and update Corporate PPMs, LPMs and ISP&Ps: Annual Board Policy charts are maintained to monitor all PPM and LPM review and revision dates PPMs, LPMs and ISP&Ps are grouped by assigned executive officers and individual charts are reviewed annually and maintained Maintain annual review list of Regulatory PPMs Write and distribute Circulars, as requested Maintain Bank forms, as directed Provide technical assistance regarding: Corporate PPMs, LPMs & ISP&P Circulars Other duties as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer / Compliance Manager, such as Oversight of Compliance ABA and other training records Oversight of Compliance retention forms F&M Bank We are an equal opportunity employer
