Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Part-Time Licensed Outpatient Therapist – Hybrid We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide behavioral health services to children and/or adults. This is a hybrid position requiring both in-person and virtual/telehealth services , for up to 20 hours per week .

Requirements

Applicants must possess a current, active license in the State of Ohio in an applicable behavioral health discipline. Accepted licenses include: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Candidates must be authorized to provide services within the scope of their Ohio license and meet applicable organizational and payer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or couples/marital therapy or counseling to children and/or adults. Provide services both in person and virtually via telehealth as part of the position. Complete clinical assessments and evaluations. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Complete accurate and timely progress notes.

Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness. Complete transition and discharge summaries. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with Case Managers and other members of the client's care team. Collaborate with families, providers, and other appropriate supports to promote continuity of care.

Maintain compliance with organizational policies, professional standards, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in required supervision, meetings, and quality improvement activities.
