Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers.

You’ll manage a high volume of incoming calls, coordinate with service technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence : Answering incoming calls promptly, providing helpful information, and directing calls to the appropriate team members. Communication Skills : Speak clearly and professionally to customers, service technicians, and team members – especially in stressful or time-sensitive situations. Multitasking & Coordination : Schedule and track multiple technicians, manage customer requests, and follow up on pending issues, all while maintaining a high level of organization.

Problem-Solving : Prioritize urgent matters and think quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Accurate Documentation : Enter and maintain accurate information in online portals to ensure smooth operations. Dependability : Demonstrate consistency and reliability in fulfilling your duties.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Compensation
