Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle including, recruitment and onboarding, HR program execution, labour relations activities, policy development, and HRIS data management. This role supports HR support for multiple facilities across Canada, partnering with leaders to deliver effective, compliant HR solutions aligned with operational goals, and proactively addresses workforce needs, enhances processes, and builds a positive and consistent employee experience.
