Cleaning Operative

Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Cleaning Operative for our FM segment of the business and you will be based out of Park Hall Academy in Solihull. Working 20 hours per week 3.30pm - 7.30pm Monday to Friday. Working 43 weeks per year. Pay: £13.28 Per Hour. Making Possible

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures. What’s in it for you?
