We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of senior services for over 75 years We are looking for a Lunch and Dinner COOK who is dependable, and with a willingness to work as a collaborative team member.

This is a Part-time (24 hour) position: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30am to 7pm, reporting to the Executive Chef.

Overview

Prepares and cooks menu items to a set standard in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing stations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace ensuring food quality and presentation meet food safety requirements. Key Duties: Setting up workstations, prepping ingredients, cooking a variety of dishes using different techniques, monitoring food quality while ensuring timely service and Resident satisfaction, plating dishes, and cleaning equipment and areas after each shift.

Must have food service training with at least 2 to 3 years of previous food service experience in a Restaurant, Assisted Living or Health related facility. A knowledge of food handling, storage and sanitation.
